Woodworker 1

Job Description: We are currently seeking an entry-level furniture maker/woodworker in our Hudson, NY studio. This is a part-time or full-time position. Woodworking shop experience is appreciated, but not required. Candidates should exhibit a strong willingness in learning furniture making, finishing techniques, have a good attitude, and meet deadlines on projects. Applicants should be able to lift and carry significant weight.

The position will begin primarily with wood finishing, furniture assembly, wood selection for projects and general assistance with experienced furniture makers.

Benefits: Medical, paid-time-off, six paid holidays are provided. Pay of $18-20/hour, depending on experience
